- Floor dimensions — Veedo Lumen 704 sq ft (≈ 25 × 28 ft, 11 ft ceiling) and Veedo Noir 476 sq ft (≈ 22 × 22 ft, 11 ft ceiling). Both clear and column-free for camera tracking and overhead rigging.
- Power — 10A and 16A outlets distributed around both floors. Diesel back-up on the building. Enough to run multiple lighting kits, monitors and a small DIT cart simultaneously.
- Crew logistics — lift load-in from ground floor, on-site parking for 6–8 cars (more after 6 PM on the street), changing room, makeup vanity, dedicated guest WiFi (100 Mbps symmetric fibre).
- Lighting & grip — Godox AD600 strobes, continuous LED panels, modifiers (octa, softbox, beauty dish, reflectors), C-stands, sandbags, apple boxes. Bring your own grip on top if needed.
- Backdrops & sets — six pre-built in-floor sets on Lumen, plus seamless paper (white, black, grey) and brown texture on Noir. Walls are paintable on request for brand-specific colour drops.

Can a crew load grip and lighting cases up?

Yes — there's a lift from the ground floor that fits standard rolling cases, C-stand bags and a small grip trolley. For oversize items (12×12 frames, jibs), we'll help you bring it up the stairwell. On-site parking next to the lift entrance keeps load-in under 10 minutes for most shoots.
Do you allow overnight bookings or pre-light days?

Yes — pre-light or set-build the day before a shoot is available at a half-day Floor Only rate. Overnight (post-midnight) bookings are possible with prior notice; security in the building runs 24/7. WhatsApp the production schedule and we'll lock the floor.
Can we paint the wall or stick set dressing?

Backdrop walls are matte-finished and accept low-tack tape, gaffer tape and removable putty without damage. We can pre-paint a section in a brand colour with 48 hours notice (cost = paint + labour, billed at actual). Avoid permanent adhesives.
