Full-day flat on Noir is ₹10,000. Veedo Lumen (white floor) Floor Only is ₹2,500 first hour and ₹1,500 additional; with cameras ₹4,500 / ₹5,000 / ₹6,000 first-hour. Full-day flat on Lumen is ₹17,500. Veedo Lumen is the 704 sq ft white-floor studio with natural light, neutral tones, and multiple designer setups — best for weddings, pre-wedding, maternity, baby, lifestyle and editorial shoots where bright, clean visuals matter. Veedo Noir is the 476 sq ft dark-floor studio with controlled cinematic lighting, backdrop rolls and full acoustic treatment — built for fashion, music videos, podcast recording and dramatic portraiture. Lumen Floor Only starts at ₹2,500 for the first hour (+₹1,500 per additional hour); Noir Floor Only starts at ₹1,000 for the first hour (+₹1,000 per additional hour). Yes — rescheduling is free if you let us know 48+ hours before your slot, and we'll move you to any open date within the next 30 days. Inside 48 hours, we'll still work with you to find a new date, with a small fraction of the advance applied to the new booking. Same-day emergencies (illness, weather, vehicle breakdown) — just call us, we're reasonable.

Yes. Span Business Center has on-site parking on the ground floor — enough for 3–4 cars at most times, plus open street parking on Karuvelil Road. Heavy-equipment crews can drop gear at the entrance and reverse out to park.

Yes — the studio is on the 1st floor with a lift from the ground entrance. Important for pregnant clients, older relatives, anyone moving equipment carts, and wheelchair users.

Yes. Lift access from the ground floor, level access on the studio floor itself, and a wide doorway into both Lumen and Noir. WhatsApp ahead and we'll have someone at the entrance to assist with the lift on arrival.

Every booking includes the studio floor, all in-floor backdrop setups, professional lighting rigs (continuous LED + strobes + modifiers), designer furniture and props, air conditioning, a private changing room, WiFi (100 Mbps), parking, and on-site technical support. Veedo is a studio-floor rental — you bring your own photographer, videographer, or production team. If you don't have one, we can recommend trusted photographers from our network in Kochi who regularly shoot at the studio. WhatsApp +91 99956 60056 and we'll connect you to the right person.

Cancellations 48+ hours before the booked slot: full refund of advance, or free reschedule within 30 days. 24–48 hours: 50% of advance held, rest refunded or rescheduled. Under 24 hours: advance is non-refundable but we'll work with you to reschedule within 14 days. Sudden emergencies — talk to us, we're reasonable.

Cash, UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and credit/debit card. We send a GST invoice on request — useful if your studio booking is a business expense. Foreign currency on case-by-case basis.

Absolutely. Bring whatever supports your concept — extra lights, special backdrops, set dressing, costume changes, food styling props. The studio has a level entrance and lift access for equipment carts. Just give us a heads-up if anything needs special power or rigging.

Lumen comfortably holds a crew of 8–12 people including talent, photographer, stylist, MUA, and assistants. Noir is best for crews up to 6 (it's a tighter, more controlled space). For shoots larger than that — fashion shows, large brand activations — WhatsApp us and we'll discuss flexible layouts.

Yes — Lumen is set up specifically for maternity and newborn photography. Climate-controlled, naturally lit, clean and quiet, with a private changing room and soft surfaces. We sanitise the studio before every baby session and keep ambient temperature adjustable for newborn comfort.

Yes — Noir is acoustically treated specifically for voice and audio. We provide broadcast-grade dynamic microphones, multi-channel USB interface with phantom power, and 24-bit / 48 kHz multitrack recording. Music recording is supported for vocal tracking and small acoustic sessions; for full-band live recording we recommend a dedicated music studio.

Yes. 100 Mbps symmetric fibre WiFi handles HD livestreams comfortably. Give us advance notice if you need a hardwired ethernet drop — we can arrange one.

Food: yes, in the designated area outside the studio floor (no eating on the white Lumen floor). Smoking: not on the studio floor; there's a designated area outside the building. Alcohol: case-by-case for brand shoots and events — WhatsApp first to confirm.

We don't cater in-house, but we can recommend reliable Kochi delivery partners (lunch boxes, snacks, biryani, sandwiches) and we have a designated dining area outside the studio floor. Order ahead so it arrives on time without disrupting the shoot.
