05Set & wardrobe
Match clothing, props and product colours to the selected background.
06Technical
Confirm camera package, sound, lights, power and any on-request item.
07Permissions
Get written approval from the property or responsible authority.

Share address, parking, contacts, start time and a realistic wrap time.
09Backup
Plan around rain, noise, traffic, data copies and late arrivals.
10Handover
Name the person who approves selects, edits and final files.
